Courageous Retreats

Our retreats are designed for a small group of 8 to 10 women so we can provide a customized and personal experience that empowers you to reconnect to your authentic self and leave behind the person others want you to be. 

You will connect with like-minded women and experience authentic Italian living. You will walk away with self-awareness, clarity and exuberance for who you are now and who you want to become. You will flourish within an Italian experience that, by its very nature, will nourish you. 

Living for a week in a countryside villa, you will be surrounded by rolling hills, beautiful gardens, and seaside villages. You will bask in the warmth of the sun, breathe deeply, find joy in the warm smiles of our Italian friends, replenish your soul and fill your belly with handcrafted and locally grown cuisine.
