Will there be any pre-work assignments?

Yes, a small amount of pre-work will be assigned prior to each workshop session. The pre-work is not required, however, completing it will help you get the most out of each session.

Do I have to attend all three sessions?

The content in each session builds upon the information provided in the previous one, so to get the most out of the entire workshop series, please commit to attending all three sessions.

Will any follow-up materials be provided after the workshop ends?

Yes, you will receive a downloadable PDF that summarizes the workshop content and provides journal prompts to help you continue working toward your courageous goals.

Will the workshop sessions be recorded?

The workshop sessions will be recorded unless participants object. Participants will be provided access to the recordings for a limited time following the conclusion of the workshop series.
